At every step in your life you were taught or influenced to use your talents, your skills, to bring out the best in you. Every training or motivational book you’ve read says “use your potential to the maximum”. Even though you may not have been convinced about that, they couldn’t all be wrong.
Ever since you joined the coaching industry, you’ve been trying to make your way. You’ve used every strategy there is, applied all the formulas they teach you in coaching books, but nothing seemed to work to enable you to get clients and make a living out of coaching. But have you tried to take a good hard look at yourself, do some self-analysis and see what you could change?

Be true to yourself!
Well, maybe it is time to do that. Think about those coaches who have made it brilliantly. Do you really think they found success because they had a lucky break? Definitely not! They knew what their strengths were and used them to the maximum in all aspects of their coaching business.
And that is what you must do as well. Identify your talents, your skills, find out who you really are as a coach, and what you can do. Find your talents, your strengths and how you can use them in your products and programmes.

Always remember that what you have is yours, it is unique, it sets you apart from other coaches and helps you stand out amongst your competition.
The message you must deliver to your clients must represent who you are, your goals and expectations, your business. Clients will work with those who are true to them and true to themselves. Show them who you really are and what you can do and they will trust you to work with them. Put yourself in their place and see it from their viewpoint; would you work with someone who is not honest and just quotes from books? Wouldn’t you prefer to work with someone who speaks from their own experience? I’m sure you would, and so would your clients!

3 Simple Questions
As a coach who wants to succeed, it is even more important to know that you don’t have to attend long, expensive classes to find what already lies inside you, or to look for the answer through someone else. All you need is to be aware of what your talent is, and to use it to the fullest in your coaching business.

How can you do all that? Just ask yourself these 3 simple questions and the answers to them will help you develop your successful coaching business:
1. What natural ability makes you so special, so different, so unique to set you apart from your competition?
2. What can you do to help and reach as many people as possible?
3. What is it that you do naturally that others don’t?
So the first thing to do is to identify yourself, what you do, and make sure your clients know that too. Then you need to make them know that you understand them and will do your very best to help them.
In fact, that is actually your real challenge, to discover how to use your talent to solve a problem for your clients and most of all, how to convey that talent into a message that is magnetic to your clients. Once you use your Magnetic Self to its fullest potential and convey a Magnetic Message to your clients, you will have the key to a successful coaching business which will get you more clients and revenue than you would ever have imagined!
